How feedback works inside the app and what protects sensitive account and platform flows.

Kumi includes an in-app feedback channel from the help menu. It is there for product friction, bugs, and other issues that people want to send directly from the app.
Responses can also be rated. Those signals help review quality issues and spot recurring problems over time.
Sensitive account and platform flows are also protected, and key endpoints limit automated abuse to reduce unauthorized access or excessive use.
